Reporting System for Ethical Violations

President University is committed to upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct through the implementation of a formal Code of Ethics and the establishment of a dedicated Ethics Board. These structures serve as the foundation of the university’s governance system and ensure that all members of the academic community adhere to high ethical standards.

To support this commitment, President University has established a reporting system that enables students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to report any form of ethical misconduct. This includes violations such as academic dishonesty, plagiarism, corruption, discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), all forms of violence (physical, verbal, or psychological), pornography, vandalism, and abuse of authority.

Reports may be submitted confidentially and are processed with the highest level of integrity by the Ethics Board, whose members are formally appointed through a Rector’s Decree. The board is tasked with verifying reports, conducting impartial investigations, and recommending appropriate actions or sanctions based on university regulations.

This system ensures that all concerns are addressed fairly, responsibly, and without fear of retaliation, reinforcing President University’s dedication to fostering a safe, ethical, and respectful academic environment for all.
