Fire Extinguisher (APAR) Simulation and Training Held at President University

Cikarang, January 8, 2026 — President University Education Foundation (YPUP), through its General Affairs Department, conducted a Fire Extinguisher (APAR) Simulation and Training on Thursday, January 8, 2026, starting at 08:30 a.m. WIB until completion, at the area behind the PUCC Building. The activity was attended by approximately 65 participants, consisting of representatives from various units within the YPUP and President University environment.

The training aimed to enhance awareness and preparedness of employees in responding to potential fire hazards within the campus area. Participants received an overview of fire safety, including types and functions of fire extinguishers, as well as proper handling procedures, followed by hands-on fire suppression simulations.

Through this activity, each unit is expected to have trained representatives who are able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations. This APAR simulation and training reflects YPUP’s commitment to fostering a safe, responsive, and secure working environment at President University.
