The scope of reportable violations includes, but is not limited to, fraud, bribery, embezzlement, misuse of funds, procurement irregularities, conflicts of interest, and other unethical practices that may compromise institutional integrity.

Reports are received and reviewed by the university’s designated governance body, which operates under formal institutional authority. The body is responsible for conducting objective verification, carrying out impartial investigations, and recommending appropriate corrective actions or sanctions in accordance with university regulations.
