Reporting System for Anti-Corruption and Integrity Watch
President University is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of its governance and operations. As part of this commitment, the university has established an Anti-Corruption and Integrity Watch System to prevent, detect, and address any form of misconduct related to corruption and abuse of authority.
This system is designed to enable students, faculty members, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to report suspected violations in a secure, confidential, and responsible manner. The scope of reportable violations includes, but is not limited to, fraud, bribery, embezzlement, misuse of funds, procurement irregularities, conflicts of interest, and other unethical practices that may compromise institutional integrity.
All reports submitted through this system are handled with strict confidentiality and are protected under a non-retaliation policy to ensure that whistleblowers can report concerns without fear of adverse consequences. Reports are received and reviewed by the university’s designated governance body, which operates under formal institutional authority. The body is responsible for conducting objective verification, carrying out impartial investigations, and recommending appropriate corrective actions or sanctions in accordance with university regulations.
The Anti-Corruption and Integrity Watch System forms an integral part of the university’s broader governance framework, reinforcing transparency and strengthening internal control mechanisms. Through this system, President University aims to cultivate a culture of integrity, prevent corrupt practices, and ensure that all institutional processes are conducted ethically and responsibly.
